Log into your Swyft account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place all items back into their original Swyft modular packaging to ensure safe transit.
Schedule a Pick-up
Choose a convenient date and time via our portal for our white-glove courier service to collect the items directly from your living room.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
